IndexScript Directory Templates

Finally….::relief::..

Thanks to Slone i can get over PHPld and blog about templates for a different directory script (IndexScript)

PHPld is surely the most popular directory script but this “one man script” is my favorite and I am glad that I can blog about some free templates avaliable for it.

Before that, an extra that I have stolen from Slone

IndexScript is a light-weight directory script that is extremely easy to install and use. It could very well be the most easy directory script to install – with its file upload and then single click installation process.

Although it is light-weight, IndexScript boasts a full range of features that can rival the other directory scripts in the market. It has a very friendly and intuitive admin panel and provides an online help system to the Administrator. To the directory’ visitors, it provides search-engine friendly links and easy navigation through the use of a well-thought category organization. The skinning process is equally simple – made possible through the use of templates and a central css file.

So back to the free Index Script templates

IndexScript Template # 1 (not sure what Slone has named it ?)

This is a template very characteristic of Slone, who like to keep it clean. The colors are very smooth and a very good effort towards developing IndexScript templates.

IndexScript Template: Simple Nails

This one is again a clean template that follows the minimilistic style become popular among directory templates, a clean css modification with a new smooth look.
